Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in a private tourist vehicle.

After breakfast, you’ll board a tourist bus for a scenic 205-kilometer journey from Kathmandu to the beautiful Pokhara Valley, marking the start of your Ghorepani Trek. Along the way, enjoy views of terraced farms, charming villages, and mountain ranges like Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, and Lamjung Himal. After a six- to seven-hour drive, you’ll stop for lunch. In Pokhara, you can either relax at your hotel or explore Lakeside, a vibrant area filled with shops, restaurants, and pubs. Alternatively, you can opt for a 30-minute flight to Pokhara and spend more time discovering this picturesque lakeside city.
The journey from Pokhara to Birethanti takes about 1.5 hours. Your Poon Hill Trek begins in Birethanti, following the Modi Khola River. Along the way, you'll pass through local villages, teahouses, lush green hills, rivers, and meet friendly locals. After walking through the charming village of Hile, you'll reach Tikhedhunga. From there, the trail climbs steeply up a stone staircase after crossing a suspension bridge, leading you to the large Magar village of Ulleri, where you'll be rewarded with views of Hiunchuli and Mount Annapurna South.

From Ghorepani, a short trek leads to Poon Hill, the ultimate viewpoint of the Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek and a dream spot for photographers. After about an hour's hike to the summit at 3,210 meters, you'll be rewarded with a stunning sunrise and panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Annapurna, Bahari Shikhar, Hiunchuli, Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri, Tukuche, Lamjung Himal, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre, and more.
After capturing the breathtaking scenery, you’ll return to Ghorepani for breakfast before continuing towards Tadapani. The trail connects to the Annapurna Circuit Trek, winding through beautiful oak and rhododendron forests to Deurali. From there, it descends through rhododendron woodlands to Banthanti, then climbs through a cane field to Bhurungdi Khola. A final short, steep ascent through forest brings you to Tadapani, a charming village with incredible views of the Annapurna range.
The trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk is relatively easy, winding through beautiful oak and rhododendron forests. Along the way, colorful wildflowers add to the region's natural charm. Passing through Baisi Kharka, you’ll reach the traditional village of Ghandruk, where stunning views of Annapurna South, Gangapurna, Machapuchare, Annapurna III, and Hiunchuli await.

This morning, you will board a deluxe tourist bus in Pokhara for your return journey to Kathmandu, marking the end of your 8-day Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek. The 205 km route follows the scenic Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers, passing through charming villages like Damauli, Dumre, and Mugling, with stunning views of hills, rivers, and snow-capped mountains along the way.
