BIKE NEPAL
The Nagarkot tour offers two days of bike riding with overnight stay at Nagarkot from where you get panoramic views of Manaslu (8,463m), Ganesh Himal (7,111m), and Langtang (7,246m) and other smaller peaks. From Nagarkot on is a down hill trip to Kathmandu, during which you visit the Changu Narayan temple - a heritage site, the historical town of Bhaktapur and the idyllic Newari town Thimi, places which have preserved their traditional style. Bike Nepal Nagarkot tour is suited for all bike lovers.

1 After an early breakfast in Kathmandu, we ride east to Sankhu via Bouddha. We have some traffic till Jorpati and then we will have paved road till Sankhu but no traffic. Then we follow a jeep trail mostly uphill to Jarsingpouwa via Lapsiphedi village, beautiful terrain. After Jarsingpouwa, the trails become mostly flat and mixed till Kartike Bhanjyang but from here to our hotel (The Country Villa), it will be uphill about 3 km. We stay overnight in Hotel Country Villa. 42 km
2 Nagarkot-Changu Narayan Temple- Thimi (38km) What goes up must come down! We start biking on paved road till Telkot Danda and we follow a jeep track but off road towards Changu Narayan Temple; one of oldest temple in Kathmandu valley. The trail brings us to the temple complex of Changu Narayan, where Newari artisans carved beautiful stone carvings to lord Vishnu in the sixth and seventh centuries. We continue downhill by winding tarmac road to SanoThimi; known for its pottery and traditional masks. After wondering around for few minutes, we return to Kathmandu via the old road. 38km
